I’m Saisyam Dampuri, a data & AI architect based in Texas.
My day job is designing data platforms and helping teams put AI to work on their data. One platform I’m proud of is a self-service data quality tool built on Great Expectations: a React UI, a FastAPI backend, a Postgres rule store, and an SDK that runs the rules inside Databricks pipelines.
Outside work I build things that run locally: small language models and AI tools that work on a regular laptop, not only on a GPU server. The projects page tracks what I’m working on right now.
I write here about what I build and learn: small models, data engineering, and the practical side of AI.
